Avocado and Corn Salsa
No tomato salsa!
2 ripe avocados, diced
3/4 cup sweet corn
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and thinly diced
1/4 red onion, thinly diced
juice of 1-2 limes
2-3 Tbs chopped cilantro
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
